    USARegional Sales Engineer

    Elmo Motion control, Inc., a leading Multi-national Corporation who designs, manufactures and markets Motion Control solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Engineers for the North America. We are seeking an energetic/ goal oriented individual who is eager to use there existing motion control experience and market knowledge to grow personally, professional and financially.

    The job entails the interaction with new and existing direct customers, customer relationships building with travel > 50%, and a strong desire to win.

    The job requires a min. 5 years of Motion Control sales experience, Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering degree required and the ability to work autonomous from a main office.

    Application Engineer

    Role/Summary: The Field Application Engineer is involved in the pre & post technical sales support of motion control product solutions for a given territory.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support, including training of direct customers, representatives and distributors, (Hardware & Software) as a part of a successful winning solution.
    • Assist in the development and presentation of technical seminars.
    • Participate in identifying market trends, future customer needs and defining future company solutions and products.
    • Provide pre/post technical sales support.
    • Provide updated customer activity in active Data Base.
    • Provide weekly activity report.
    • Other duties as required.
    Key Performance Metrics:
    • Sales growth of the North American business through technical solution support.
    • Accuracy of information dispersed to customers.
    • Timeliness of assigned tasks.
    Qualifications:
    • The successful candidate will have an Engineering Degree, (Electrical Preferred)
    • Strong communication skills with a desire to win.
    • Experienced and prolific in C, C++, .net, VB.
    • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite Applications.

    Job description including but not limited to:

    • Identify new design-in opportunity for applications and to fulfill customer’s upcoming needs and product requirements.
    • Visit customers to find out new opportunity.
    • Achieved an efficient Elmo penetration and market share growth.
    • In charge of the information flow between Elmo and customers, updating customers on case studies and launches of new products.
    • Territory market research, with reports and action plans.
    • Provide project status report with detailed technical information in every month.

    Education/degree
    Major in electric machine control, industrial electric automation, Mechanical & Electrical Integration, bachelor or above

    Professional Background /Working Experience
    At least 3 year’s relative sales working experience
    Familiar with servo system, motion controller, Electrical Machinery related technology, experienced practice

    Requirements:

    • B.sc a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and electronics
    • The minimum experience of 5 years in the design analog (preferably with experience in POWER)

    • experience in the preparation of printed circuit boards (working with the editor).
    • Knowledge at EMI and UL standards - an advantage

    Elmo Motion Control is seeking a sales engineer for the Israeli market.

    Prospect potential customers and support current customers. Tailor technical solutions to the customer specification.

    Ability to “open doors” and build personal connections with strategic executives. Strong  long-term vision in building personal and professional relationships. Faculty in presenting the company’s loyalty, professionalism and collaboration with strategic customers.

    Accompany and nurture customers from prospecting phase, to specification and finally sales and service.

    Tap and harness relevant company departments (engineering, development, administration) to accomplish the required task with end result as a key objective.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing in the control and industrial machine sector.
    • Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical – training and academic background.
    • Strong advantage for candidates with motion control background.
    • High-level English proficiency.
