RMA requests will be submitted by Elmo's official representative
and/ or distributor.
The
acknowledgement of the RMA will include all the necessary
details of handling the RMA.
Warranty repairs will be executed free of charge. The customer
will pay the transportation to our premises.
If
no failure is found or when the customer sends a unit
for inspection, a repair/inspection fee will be charged.
Whenever
Elmo finds that the unit is beyond economical repair, no repair
cost will be charged and the unit will be discarded unless
the customer asks for a "Collect" shipment back.
