| RMA requests will
be submitted by Elmo's official representative and/ or distributor. |

| The acknowledgement of the RMA will include all the necessary details of handling the RMA. |
| •
| Warranty repairs will be executed free of charge. The customer
will pay the transportation to our premises. |
| •
| If
no failure is found or when the customer sends a unit for inspection,
a repair/inspection fee will be charged. |
| •
| Whenever
Elmo finds that the unit is beyond economical repair, no repair
cost will be charged and the unit will be discarded unless
the customer asks for a "Collect" shipment back. |
