Elmo is looking for a highly motivated and skilled HR Business Partner to join our team!
- Lead HR activities in the Operations and Information Systems departments.
- Manage human capital in both professional and interpersonal aspects, provide guidance to managers, and lead HR projects within the departments under responsibility.
- Provide support and advice to managers on various topics.
- Lead and implement organizational development processes in the departments under responsibility.
- Offer support, assistance, and advice to managers and employees during change processes.
- Conduct and summarize exit, termination, and disciplinary interviews. Follow up on these matters for further resolution.
- Oversee the handling of all open positions within the Operations and Information Systems Division in collaboration with hiring managers and the recruitment department.
- Work closely with the recruitment department to ensure effective responses.
- Lead performance evaluation and feedback processes within the units under responsibility and manage salary review processes.
- Assist and collaborate on HR projects across the company, being a partner in the HR team for various activities.
