About The Position
Ø Management for orders: responsible for order processing, time management of orders.
Compliance check for incoming orders, communication with HQ, track delivery times and
Ensure on-time delivery.
Ø In charge of all office activities
Ø Close collaboration with HQ sales Administration
Ø Office daily phone call handling
Ø Setup new customer accounts and Maintenance customer accounts (update information)
Ø Shipment handling and control
Ø Handling customer complaints
Ø Assist the Sales Units to develop leads, connections and opportunities
Ø Assist the sales manager on writing quotes, manager all information in the sales force CRM system to make sure all data recorded in required format.
Ø Supporting Singapore Exhibitions and other local activities.
Ø Assistant during customer visits and training in office
Ø Travel planning for Elmo employees
Ø Management of inventories
Ø Maintaining needed material and information in the office
Ø Generate required reports from Sales force
Ø Generate related format and forms the that sales director request
