Success measures

  • Growth
  • Growth of lead, ESLs, Samples selling’s, opportunity and orders and in reference to the targets that were decided upon
  • Good personal feedbacks from the market and sales channels
  • Good timing in handling leads, RFQs, support requests etc’


  • 5+ years’ work experience in sales
  • Selling servo products- an advantage.
  • Academic degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Familiarity with UK key customers at Elmo segment (machine builders, medical equipment, military industries etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, Hugh drive to succeed.

Embedded software engineer


  • 3-6 years of proven experience with C programming
  • Experience in RT/Embedded programing – advantage
  • Experience with device drivers development- advantage
  • Good understanding of RT/Embedded HW/SW systems
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • High level of written/verbal communication skills
  • A bachelor with honor from recognized university will be also taken under consideration
