コンパクトなパネルマウント型ネットワークベースサーボドライブ
(6A/400Vから16A/800Vまで）
DCトロンボーンはコンパクトなパネルマウント型デジタル・サーボ・ドライブで、重量は650g（22.9 oz）、最大連続出力は10kWです。
このデジタル・ドライブは、Elmo先進的なSimplIQmotion control 技術に基づいています。永久磁石同期ブラシレスモータ、DCブラシモータ、リニアモータ、ボイスコイルと組み合わせて、電流、速度、位置、高度な位置モードでDC電源から動作します。正弦波および台形波整流、ベクトル制御など、あらゆるタイプに対応します。DCトロンボーンは、スタンドアロン・デバイスとしても、リアルタイム・ネットワーク上の分散構成で多軸システムの一部としても動作します。
このドライブは、Elmo Composer ソフトウェア・ツールを使用して簡単に設定・調整できます。このWindowsベースのアプリケーションを使用することで、モータに最適なサーボ・ドライブを素早く簡単に設定することができます。DCトロンボーンは、SimplIQ製品ラインの一部として、Elmo Composer 完全にプログラム可能です。 motion control言語でプログラム可能です。
DCトロンボーンには2つのバージョンがある：
- 標準DCトロンボーンは、フォロワー、PT & PVTを含む電流、速度、位置モードで動作する基本的なサーボドライブです。RS-232およびCANopen DS 301, DS 305, DS 402通信で同時に動作し、第3世代のプログラミング環境を備えています。(カタログ番号はTROから始まりますが、Aは付きません。）
Advanced DC-Tromboneは、Standardモデルに含まれるすべてのモーション機能と通信オプションに加え、高度なポジショニング機能を備えています：
ECAM、デュアルループ、プログラムサイズの増加。(カタログ番号はDCTROAから始まります。）
どちらのバージョンもRS-232およびCANopen通信で動作します。
