Elmo is looking for an excellent and motivated Application Engineer & Technical Training Team Leader to join our team!
This role combines leading the technical training function with hands-on application engineering work. The position involves leading the technical training team while also working as an Application Engineer, supporting key customers in advanced industries and collaborating with internal teams.
- Act as a key technical point of contact for key customers in industries such as semiconductors, life sciences, photonics, aerospace, and automation.
- Provide remote and on-site support for system integration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Collaborate with sales engineers to define solutions and demonstrate capabilities to prospective customers.
- Assist in testing and validating new products and features.
- Provide structured feedback to R&D, QA, software, and firmware teams based on customer interactions and field experience.
- Provide post sales technical support including problem solving and analysis.
- Lead and manage the technical training team, including identifying learning needs and defining training priorities.
- Design and deliver hands-on training programs and seminars for employees, customers, and partners.
- Develop a variety of training materials, including webinars, presentations, video tutorials, and seminars.
- Maintain and improve the Learning Management System (LMS) and knowledge database.
- Contribute technical materials such as white papers, application notes, and presentations.
- Align training initiatives with business goals and evolving technical requirements.
