Elmo is looking for a Subcontractor Lead to join our growing Operations team!
- Lead and manage all subcontractors efficiently and effectively, ensuring alignment with ongoing production targets and providing accurate status updates to Operations and Company leadership.
- Take part in the identification and selection process of subcontractors, including defining KPIs for their performance.
- Oversee day-to-day subcontractor operations: track delivery performance (OTD), quality metrics, budget adherence, resource utilization, and risk management.
- Participate in planning vs. execution meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-up.
- Serve as a key link between technical departments and subcontractors, providing first-line support in manufacturing engineering, technology, and quality aspects.
- Lead QBR (Quarterly Business Review) routines with suppliers and ensure KPI accountability.
- Present status reports and an integrated operational view to senior management.
