Key Responsibilities
- Performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and providing administrative support to the Finance team, while maintaining accuracy, organization, and adherence to deadlines.
- Entering and recording supplier invoices in the accounting system.
- Reviewing supplier invoices and matching them with purchase orders in the system.
- Handling routine bookkeeping tasks according to the department’s needs.
- Providing ongoing administrative and operational support to the Finance department.
- Recording and tracking employee travel expenses.
- Handling ad-hoc bookkeeping tasks and supporting the Finance team with ongoing activities.
