We are looking for a hands-on Senior Bookkeeper to join our team.
This role combines full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities with ownership of financial reporting, month-end close processes, and audit support in a dynamic, global environment.
Responsibilities-
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
- Prepare financial reports and support external audits
- Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts on an ongoing basis
- Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
- Work closely with headquarters and provide regular financial reporting
- Collaborate with vendors, customers, auditors, and financial service providers
