Production QA Controller

About The Position

Elmo servo drives technology (A Bosch Company) enables the world’s most advanced robotics, medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial automation equipment.

Elmo is looking for an excellent and motivated Production QA Controller to join our team!

  • Supervision of work processes on the production lines according to IPC standards and company procedures.
  • Conducting audits in the Priority system on production lines, including monitoring, implementation, and effectiveness checks of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Handling production issues, identifying root causes, monitoring, and implementing solutions.
  • Investigating customer complaints, preparing D8 reports for customers.
  • Statistical data analysis as a tool for identifying/addressing recurring issues and presenting quality trends.
  • Coordination of MRB (Material Review Board) meetings.
  • Writing and maintaining company procedures in the field of quality.


Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in quality management/performing quality audits in a manufacturing company within the electronics field – required.
  • Electronics Technician/Engineer – significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards – required.
  • Formal knowledge of IPC 610 standards – required.
  • CQE certification/ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification from an accredited association/college – advantage.
  • Familiarity with Priority and Agile systems – advantage.
  • Experience in root cause analysis – required.
  • Technical background in assembly processes – advantage.
  • Good command of English – reading and writing – required.
  • Proficiency in Hebrew – required.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively.
  • Ability to handle multiple interfaces.
  • High interpersonal communication skills.
