Elmo Motion Control is looking for a Sales Operations Team Leader to join our team!

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Sales Operations leader to drive and optimize our end-to-end order-to-delivery process. This role combines team leadership, operational excellence, forecasting, reporting, and process ownership while working closely with sales, logistics, finance, and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and actively participate in daily Sales Operations activities, including quotations, order management, bookings, shipments, and delivery execution.

• Own and manage sales forecasting processes (bookings and revenue), identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities.

• Lead and manage the Israel-based Sales Operations team while maintaining a hands-on approach to daily operations.

• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across Salesforce and related systems.

• Develop and enhance reporting, analytics, and performance measurement frameworks.

• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives.

• Maintain operational policies, procedures, and training materials.

• Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence across sales operations processes.

• Lead Salesforce optimization and enhancement projects to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field – an advantage.

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations roles.

• Strong hands-on experience in sales operations execution, including forecasting, reporting, order management, and sales process support.

• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM, sales process management, reporting, and data governance.

• Experience in data analysis, forecasting, and sales performance management.

• Experience leading Sales Operations professionals – an advantage.

• Experience with ERP systems (Priority) and advanced Excel skills – an advantage.

• Fluent Hebrew and English.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
