International standard recognizes Elmo’s commitment to provide safe working conditions for the company’s personnel

Petach Tikva, Israel, January 11, 2021 – Elmo Motion Control, a leading manufacturer of innovative motion control technologies, today announced that it is has been certified to the ISO 45001 standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management system. This provides independent, internationally recognized assurance that Elmo complies with all regulations and laws relating to occupational safety and emergency preparedness.

Granting of ISO 45001 Certification confirms Elmo’s ability to provide employee safety, minimize workplace risks and enhance health and well-being at work. As part of that, the certification recognizes that Elmo incorporates an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system in its business management practices and systems. It verifies that Elmo can act effectively to safeguard people and property and minimize workplace incidents.

Additionally, ISO 45001 Certification reflects Elmo’s commitment to creation of a health and safety culture, whereby employees are encouraged to take an active role in their own OH&S, while also improving staff morale.
