Elmo Motion Control is looking for an Export Coordinator to join their team!
- Coordinate and manage shipments from the warehouse to customers, both domestically and internationally
- Prepare shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and supporting documents
- Upload, maintain, and manage documents in company systems and customer portals
- Work closely with shipping companies, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Track, monitor, and update shipment status in company systems
- Handle special shipments and exceptional cases
- Review and approve freight and logistics vendor invoices
